# Activity and errors

## Activity and errors
At the bottom of the page, **Salesforce activity** lists every record taken
in: when it was checked, the outcome (for example "Request created", "Waiting
for customer", "No documents", "Failed") and a link to the request or order.
The details also say whether the status was written, or why not. Exported
Quotes have their own list.

- **Missing permissions or fields.** If Salesforce rejects a field, Mercura
pauses polling and names the field. After fixing it, save the settings
again.
- **API limit.** If your org has used up its daily API requests, Mercura
pauses until the time shown and then continues.
- **Rejected sign-in.** Mercura pauses for an hour; check the app, the Run-As
user and the secret, then test again.

All calls are also listed under **Integrations → Logs**. Under **Integration
alerts** you decide who gets an e-mail when errors persist.
