Typical use: resolve a tender's responsible user

GET /tenders returns user_email — the email of the Mercura user who released the tender to the API. Feed that value into GET /users?email=<user_email> to read that user's custom_fields, for example an ERP/SAP identifier your system needs when creating the offer.
