The completion feed and the order.completed webhook both report the end of an order's life. To follow it on the way there, subscribe to order.status_changed: it fires each time an order moves between the stages of the orders inbox (PROCESSING -> ACTION_REQUIRED -> READY_TO_EXPORT -> EXPORTED -> ARCHIVED, plus DELETED when a user deletes it), carrying the order's name, your organisation's own order fields (additional_metadata), the stage it entered and the one it left. On ACTION_REQUIRED it also says why — missing order information, line items without an article, or the rejection text of a failed export — so you can tell the person responsible what to do without opening Mercura. Useful for mirroring Mercura's pipeline in your own UI or CRM, or for alerting when an order sits in ACTION_REQUIRED too long. See Webhooks for the payload and the stage table.
