Public Tenders Get File

Request

Download the tender's export file in the given format.

The same file the app's Export menu, a FILE webhook and the SFTP outbox produce for that format, rendered on request. Poll the completion feed (GET /tenders?completed_since=…) and fetch each completed tender's file here. An unknown, foreign or deleted id is a 404; a format this tender cannot be rendered in is a 422.
