Activity at the top of the page opens the connection with every pull and every document sent: when it ran, how many records were read and which were rejected, and the answer of SAP.
- Rejected document. If SAP refuses a document, Mercura shows SAP's error message on the export, for example an unknown material or a missing sales area of the customer.
- Service not activated. A pull or document whose service is not activated fails until it is; the settings page names the missing service.
- Rejected sign-in. Mercura pauses the scheduled pulls instead of trying the same password again, so the technical user is not locked. Check user and password, then save again.
- Changed certificate. Mercura pauses the connection until you check and trust the new certificate on the connection.
All calls are also listed under Settings → Integrations → Logs. Under Integration alerts you decide who gets an e-mail when errors persist.
