One source per data. Customers and articles that Mercura takes from SAP should not also reach Mercura by another import; otherwise they overwrite each other.
No customer deletions. Customers deleted, blocked or archived in SAP are no longer updated, but stay in Mercura.
Prices and stock. Mercura does not read prices, conditions or stock from SAP. Sales orders and quotations are priced by SAP.
Documents. Mercura creates sales orders and sales quotations; it does not change them afterwards and does not attach the customer's original file.
