Notes and limits
- One channel per source. Records that Mercura takes from Salesforce should not also reach Mercura by e-mail forwarding or through your own API client; otherwise requests are created twice.
- No retroactive import. Only records that change after a data flow is switched on are taken in.
- Files. Mercura reads the files attached directly to the record. With Email-to-Case, attachments that sit only on the e-mail message and not on the Case itself are not taken in.
- Quotes. Mercura writes the standard Quote object. Salesforce CPQ is not supported. Mercura does not set a Quote as the syncing Quote.
- Orders. Orders flow from Salesforce to Mercura. Orders from Mercura to Salesforce are not supported.
