Status to Salesforce and...
Status to Salesforce writes the request's Mercura status into a field of its record whenever it changes, for example the Opportunity stage, the Case status or a dedicated "Mercura status" field. For each status (Loading, Loading Failed, New, In Progress, Completed, Canceled) you decide whether it is written and with which value. Salesforce automation on that field runs as it would for a manual change.
Cancel from Salesforce cancels a request in Mercura as soon as its record gets one of the chosen values, for example Stage = "Closed Lost" or a closed Case status. Completed requests are never cancelled.
