Orders from Salesforce

Draft Orders with a file become Mercura orders for the customer of their Account. By default every Order in the Draft category is taken in; a rule and a send flag narrow this down, as for requests. Orders that Mercura writes itself never come back. Status to Salesforce writes the order's stage into a field of the Order until the Order is activated in Salesforce. After that, Mercura no longer changes the Order.
